1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time (typically 7–10 business days).

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We ship orders both within the United Kingdom and internationally.
Estimated delivery times:

International (USA, Canada, etc.) 10–15 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs checks, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

  • Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over £500

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by their local authorities.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress online.


5. Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully package every item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
However, if your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at britaingems@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

  • We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement/refund.
